VILL OKSE – Premium Leather Goods and Accessories Online Store has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at villoksesales@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will arrange the reverse pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new product. If you opt to exchange the current product with a different product, you will have to pay differential amount if any. Likewise, if the differential amount is less, we will refund you this amount. We do not accept exchange request on international order.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Yes, we ship internationally. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive the AWB at their email address which they have provided at the time of the order. The international orders are dispatched through UPS, FEDEX or DHL whichever carrier is available and fastest.

We provide free shipping on all orders in India above ₹750/- and free shipping on all orders globally above ₹15,000/-.​

International Shipping

We ship to all international destinations for free for orders above ₹15,000/-. For orders below ₹15,000/- the shipping charges are ₹2,000/- for wallets and ₹3,500/- for bags.  Delivery times vary based on location, but most are delivered between 10-15 days of the order being confirmed. Our logistic partner’s are DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS. The Delivery times might get impacted due to Covid-19 Restrictions depending upon the customer’s country guidelines.​

Unable to Deliver

If you are not available to take delivery when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfillment center. In case of a prepaid order, a refund is issued to the original payment method.
