Why are VILL OKSE products sold at such a affordable price?

We manufacture our handmade leather products ourselves. There is no inter-mediator and we avoid unnecessary transport and trading costs.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in our own factory based in Kolkata, the city of joy, West Bengal, India. Want to visit our factory and learn more, give us an email on villokseglobal@gmail.com and we will guide you through it.

What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To know more, read our Return and Refund Policy.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order is shipped, no modifications / cancel can be made.

What should you do if you receive a damaged / defective / incorrect product?

If your Orders arrive in a defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact VILL OKSE immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

What is the material of VILL OKSE product?

VILL OKSE products are made from genuine leather. We also make our products in Recycled Canvas, Recycled Nylon which are manufactured from ocean wastes. To know more about our leather, read the Our Leather Section / Page.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every product of VILL OKSE is premium and handcrafted by professional artisans.

Are your leather products made from 100% genuine leather?

Yes, every product is made up of 100% pure full-grain bovine leather, which is a top-quality leather.

Is the metal fittings used by VILL OKSE are corrosion free?

Yes, we are using high-class brass metal which is corrosion-free. Our fittings are Lead free and Nickel free.

How do I care for this product?

To maintain the quality of your leather products, gently rub it with a dry cloth. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemicals. Read our Journal on leather care to know more.
