We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Yes, all our products are made from Genuine Top Grain Chrome / Veg Tanned Leather. However, we do deal in recycled faux leather, canvas and nylon materials. So please read the product description before you buy it to know what you are buying.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Yes—our RPET canvas totes are water-repellent and dyed to resist moisture. For extra protection during heavy rain, spray with a wax-based canvas protector. Dry flat and air out if it gets wet, and avoid prolonged water exposure to preserve structure and color.

To request a return or refund, visit our Returns & Refunds page, log in with your email and order number, fill out the return form, and follow the easy instructions. We process refunds within 10 business days of receiving the product.
